International shipping is capped at $17, no matter where you are in the world.

We’re committed to keeping shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring your parcel arrives safely and on time. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery every step of the way.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Ugly Swan offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied please return your brush for a full refund (please note we don't refund postage and return postage will be at your expense). To enquire about a refund please email customercare@uglyswan.com.au 

We quality check all our products before packaging, however, occasionally a fault may occur. This would normally happen within the first two weeks. We do not accept product returns due to change of mind or after 14 days due to hygiene reasons. General wear and tear is not covered under faulty workmanship.
